Technology Transfer

The fundamental product of a research university like The University of Arizona is new knowledge. A primary goal of BIO5 is to encourage the process of translating that new knowledge into products or processes with commercial value.

BIO5 partners with the UA Office of Technology Transfer to increase faculty interest and involvement in technology transfer, licensing and protecting intellectual property.
