In addition to other researchers, BIO5 member Armin Sorooshian has been awarded the Atmospheric Sciences Ascent Award for his research in aerosol-water relationships as well as being a leader in airborne fieldwork. Dr. Sorooshian's impact will continue to grow as he endeavors into more projects including a $30-million NASA Earth Venture Class suborbital mission.
