Dr. Michael Brown, Professor of Chemistry & Biochemistry, has been selected as the recipient of the prestigious 2014 Avanti Award in Lipids. This award recognizes Dr. Brown's vast and innovative contributions to membrane biophysics, as well as his innovative work in the development of nuclear magnetic resonance techniques to characterize lipid structure and dynamics.
